Terms & Conditions 

1. Once the order is confirmed, payment will not be returned. Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong reserves the right of making the final decisions.

2. We will retain your Personal Data on our records to provide you with a more tailored service. We will use your Personal Data to provide you with news and promotions; and in doing so, we will share your data with companies providing hospitality services.

3. All product photos on this website are for reference only.

4. Delivery hours are between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm. Please send an email to bm.higm@ihg.com if you need to request a particular delivery time, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

5. Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or e-mail the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.

6. Additional Charge: The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.

7. Delivery charge per delivery per location in Kowloon is HK$250. Hong Kong and New Territories is HK$350. Delivery service is not available for outlying islands and airport area.

8. Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday to Friday* with an order confirmation sent within 24 hours. *Excluding Public Holidays.

9. E-Gift certificates applies only to food and beverage dine-in consumption and Best Flexible Rate and Advance Purchase Rate (excluding festive menus, banquets, takeaway and delivery service, prepaid consumption or services) at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong. The E-Gift certificates cannot be used to offset or refund any prepaid charges. 

10. E-Gift certificates must be redeemed on or before 31 December 2023; the redemption period cannot be extended. E-vouchers will be effective in 24 hours after the purchase.

11. Advance reservations are required for use of E-Gift Certificates. Kindly provide the certificate number when making your booking. For room bookings, please call 2369 3111 or email reservations.higm@ihg.com. 12. E-Gift certificates can be redeemed once only; it cannot be reproduced, copied or sold.

13. E-Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, room packages, privilege or gift certificate. 

14. No refund will be made if the consumption is less than the face value of the E-Gift certificate.

15. For room guests, please settle your bill on food and beverage consumption at the restaurants and bar respectively when using E-Gift Certificates. 

16. E-Gift Certificates must be presented upon arrival at the restaurants, bar or hotel reception.

17. E-Gift Certificates will be not replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

18. Any unredeemed E-Gift Certificates after the redemption period is invalid and will not be accepted.

19. E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash in part of whole.

20. Customers are required to redeem the product(s) within 60 days from the date of purchase for non-festive products. Any expired or invalid redemption vouchers will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.

21. Merchandise is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.

22. No exchange for purchases of food products and gift certificates.

23. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are 18 years old or above. It is your responsibility to ensure that no other person except yourself shall use your login to purchase alcohol products. A person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to receive delivery, otherwise, delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between you and us. Additional delivery charge will incur if further delivery attempts are made.

24. Should there be any disputes, Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong reserves the right of final decisions.
